●  Q:  Does PeriPage need ink cartridge ?

    A:  No. Peripage uses thermal printing technology.  The printer head heat the thermal paper coating dot by dot to creat text or picture.

●  Q:  What's the thermal paper specs ?

    A:  It is used for all thermal paper rolls with a width within 210 mm and a diameter within 30 mm.

●  Q:  Can it print on thermal paper with adhesive or label ?

    A:   Yes, it can use for all kinds of paper rolls with a width within 210 mm and a diameter within 30 mm.

●  Q:  What's  the LIR (Label Intelligent Recognition) ?

    A:  The PeriPage uses emit-absorb IR sensors instead of normal reflection sensor to capture the lable gap more precisely,  so it can study and identify different labels height and provides easy operation.

●  Q:  Can PeriPage print color picture ?

    A:  No. PeriPage just supports single color printing.  You can buy mono-color thermal paper such as blue, red, yellow, pink to get color words.

●  Q:  Indicator light tips.

    A:  Green on-fully charged / normal use state;

         Red on-Charging / paper shortage / print head overheating / cover opened;

         Red flashing-Low battery. It will cause the print to be light, please charge in time;

         Orange on-Printer debugging mode has been entered, long press the power button until shutdown to exit debugging mode.

         Red light flashes quickly-Bluetooth failed , restart the printer.

●  Q:  Machine reset.

    A:  1. Take out the roll paper, and then close the machine cover;

         2. Long press the power button and release it when the machine flashes;

         3. Open the cabin cover, return the roll paper,  click the open button twice in succession, and when the paper comes out ,  scan the QR code to connect.

●  Q:  Can connect computer to print ?

    A:  Download and install the computer driver on the official website. After that, use it just like the normal printer.
